How to Make an Easy Chocolate Cake
A couple of nights ago I had a dream in which I was walking down the aisles of my supermarket – the baking aisles, to be precise, and I was picking out the most decadent cake ingredients: cherries, dried berries, caramel frosting, white chocolate flakes and everything else in between. This is what occurs when you nod off to sleep while watching cake baking shows, I guess. Anyway, I awoke and realized it was my day off so I made a decision, “Why not make this dream come true?” Well, the first concern is that I’m really a guy who just doesn’t know his way around the kitchen at all when it comes to baking; but instead of leaving my crushed dreams laying there on the floor, I decided to meet them half way and see whether or not I could find a plain chocolate cake recipe. That sounds easy enough, don’t you think?
