Another trigger, which in the current times be hard to avoid, is stress. some sufferers believe that yoga or even meditation can help us calm down and lock the stress away keeping it at a minimum.The triggers mentioned here are just some that we know of that bring on the problem. The more we educate ourselves the more likely we can deal with it. At the bare minimum you may be able to get it under control
