2. Choose to walk. One of the most effective exercises is walking. If you shift to walking, you can burn a few more calories. Not only that, this form of exercise improves your endurance and stamina. There are different ways to take advantage of your fat-burning sessions in the form brisk walking. Instead of using the elevator, start walking! Instead of driving your car, start walking!
