Today is March 2026, and TTD has already released quota for April and May 2026. If you are planning a Tirumala pilgrimage in the coming months, this guide gives you the current booking status, the June 2026 quota release schedule (expected mid-March), and the important new 2026 rules every devotee must know.
New TTD Rules Effective 2026 — Read Before You Book
1. All Booking Is Now Online Only (From January 9, 2026)
TTD has permanently eliminated all offline ticket counters. There are no counter sales at Tirupati bus stand, railway station, or any TTD office. All darshan tickets — including SRIVANI Trust darshan — must be booked online at ttdevasthanams.ap.gov.in.
2. Strict Time Slot Entry (From March 16, 2026)
Devotees with Rs. 300 SED tickets and Slotted Sarva Darshan (SSD) tokens must arrive within their allotted time window. Arriving too early or arriving after your slot time will result in entry being denied. There is no flexibility. Plan your travel to arrive within the booked time slot.
3. 30-Day Booking Restriction Per ID
The same Aadhaar or government ID cannot be used to book darshan twice within 30 days. If you visit and then want to return within a month, you must use a different government ID for the second booking (Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License). This rule applies to all adult pilgrims.
4. ID Verification at Entry
The original ID used during booking must be presented at the temple entry gate. No photocopies accepted. ID details must match exactly with what was entered at booking time. Carry both your original ID and your e-ticket (digital or printed).
