Busy weeknights don’t mean you have to sacrifice good food. These delicious recipes can be made in 30 minutes or less.
Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta
Ingredients: 8oz pasta, 1lb shrimp, 4 cloves garlic, 3 tbsp butter, parsley, lemon juice, red pepper flakes.
Instructions: Cook pasta. Sauté garlic in butter, add shrimp until pink (3-4 min). Toss with pasta, parsley, and lemon.
One-Pan Chicken Fajitas
Ingredients: Chicken breast, bell peppers, onion, fajita seasoning, tortillas, lime.
Instructions: Slice chicken and veggies. Sear chicken first, then add veggies. Season and serve in warm tortillas.
Asian Beef Stir-Fry
Ingredients: Sliced beef, broccoli, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, rice.
Instructions: Start rice. Stir-fry beef until browned, add veggies and sauce. Serve over rice.
Mediterranean Salmon
Season salmon with olive oil, lemon, garlic, and herbs. Bake at 400°F for 12-15 minutes. Serve with couscous and roasted vegetables.
